In the carbon tracking app eco2log, users can determine the ecological footprint of their consumption in different areas: heating, mobility, food, and housing. To do this, users enter their consumption habits, and the app calculates their carbon emissions. Users can enter and calculate their consumption over several points to track how specific behavioral changes impact their carbon emissions. They can also request a detailed breakdown of their carbon emissions for more than 30 sub-areas. With the consent of the users, the data will be stored and analyzed for study purposes.
